All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Any candles damaged or burnt will not be accepted. Candles may be returned for store credit only. Fragrance Oils are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
- Once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled
- Returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Refunds (Store Credit)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (store credit). If approved, your refund (store credit) will be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund (store credit) notification yet, continue to check your email, as it may take some time before your refund (store credit) is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you instructions for exchanging your item.

The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs. Start Living Natural, LLC does not refund original or return shipping charges. Start Living Natural is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us, so, we recommend insuring your return package. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
